Security - your unit is not accessible unless it has been delivered to the loading bay, which only happens with your exclusive code.

Drive-Up Access - you can drive right up to your unit. Drive-up units are normally outside and are not climate-controlled, and climate-controlled units are normally inside. But these units have both!
